Information we collect
When you submit a loan request, we collect the information you enter: name, address, email, phone number, date of birth, Social Security number, employment and income details, pay frequency, and checking account and routing numbers, along with the amount you request. When you browse the site, we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring site. We do not collect information from children under 18, and the form is not intended for them.
How we use it
We use the information you enter on the form to transmit your request to lenders in our network, to verify that the request is complete, and to communicate with you about it. We use technical information to operate and secure the site, to measure which pages are useful, and to fix errors. We may use your email address to request a rating after a loan funds and to send information about the service; you can opt out of those messages at any time.
Who we share it with
We share form information with lenders in our network that are licensed in your state so they can review your request; each lender's own privacy policy governs its use of your information after that point. We share information with service providers that help us operate the site, such as hosting, security, and analytics providers, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell your form information to marketers unrelated to your request.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for security, to remember settings, and for analytics. We may use Microsoft Clarity or a similar service to understand how pages are used; these tools record interaction patterns, not the contents of form fields containing personal information. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work, though some features may not remember your settings.
How we protect it
The form is transmitted over an encrypted connection, and stored information is protected by access controls, encryption at rest where practical, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
How long we keep it
We retain form information for as long as needed to process your request, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes, and we delete or anonymize it afterward. Technical information is retained in aggregated form for analytics.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention requirements, by emailing [email protected]. You can opt out of marketing email using the link in any message. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing; we honor those requests regardless of state. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Do Not Track
Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no common standard for them. Recognized opt-out preference signals under state privacy laws are honored.
