The service
Split Rent Payments ("we," "us") operates this website and a loan request form that transmits your request to third-party lenders. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Any loan you obtain is governed by the agreement between you and the lender, not by these terms. Our role and compensation are described in the advertiser and lending disclosure.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state), a resident of the United States, and legally able to enter into a binding contract to submit a request. By submitting, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorizing us to transmit it to lenders.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use the site only for its intended purpose: learning about small personal loans and submitting a genuine request on your own behalf. You agree not to submit requests using another person's identity or information, not to interfere with the site's operation, not to scrape or copy substantial portions of the content for commercial use, and not to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
No guarantee of an offer
Submitting a request does not guarantee that any lender will make an offer, and receiving an offer does not obligate you to accept it. Lenders decide independently based on their own criteria. Loan amounts, rates, fees, and terms described on this site are general ranges and examples, and your actual terms are set by the lender and disclosed before you sign.
Content is educational
Articles, calculators, comparisons, and guides on this site are for general information and are not financial, legal, or tax advice. Calculators provide estimates based on the inputs you enter. Lender profiles are based on publicly available information and may become outdated. We do our best to keep content accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, layout, and code on this site are owned by Split Rent Payments or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal use. Any other use requires our written permission. Lender names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Split Rent Payments and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or service will not exceed one hundred dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Offers from lenders are presented on the lender's own website, and other pages may reference third parties. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or service that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the laws of your state that cannot be waived.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or terminate access to the site for any user who violates these terms.
